蘆筍的介紹
蘆筍又稱為【石刁柏】，中國稱為【芦笋】，英文稱為【Asparagus】。屬於百合科，天門冬屬，多年生草本植物，種植後可以連續採收多年，管理較好的蘆筍園甚至可以採收超過十年。蘆筍的幼莖部分可以食用，且富含豐富的維生素K、維生素C、維生素E、維生素A和葉酸等，同時也富含鉀、鈣、鐵和鎂等礦物質，它有助於心臟健康、增強免疫力、促進消化和排毒，有【抗癌蔬菜之王】的稱號，但蘆筍的普林含量較高，有痛風、尿酸病史的患者需要注意攝取量。
蘆筍種子的育苗
- 採集蘆筍的種子，紅色的果實才算成熟。
- 將紅色蘆筍果實擠壓弄破，就會看到黑色的種子。
- 將黑色的種子洗乾淨，然後泡水兩天。每天換水至少兩次。
- 然後將種子放置衛生紙或餐巾，盡量讓衛生紙保持濕潤。
- 使用穴苗盤來發芽，就可以將發芽的種子種入穴盤的培養土裡面，然後再放一些培養土覆蓋種子。每天噴水，大約持續2個月左右，就可以定植。
- 如果只有一、兩個盆栽的話，可以在土裡直接挖一個洞，放入培養土。再種入幾顆發芽的種子。
