- 第一步：在心中訂出所渴望之金錢的明確數目。
- 第二步：想清楚你決定付出什麼代價，以得到你所渴望的金錢。
- 第三步：設定你決心擁有這筆錢的時間。
- 第四步：擬定達成所渴望之目標所需的明確計畫，並且立即付出行動，不管你是否已有心理準備。
- 第五步：拿出一張紙寫下一份清楚明確的聲明，上面記載想獲得的金錢數量、獲得的期限、追求金錢所需付出的代價以及達成目標所要用的計畫。
- 第六步：每天大聲朗誦此聲明兩次，一次在睡前，一次在清晨起床。朗讀時，試著讓自己看到、感覺到，並且相信自己能擁有這筆錢。
